


Reservations, Cancellation Policy.
Paid Reservations are required to guarantee a seat. Reservations may be cancelled with full refund up to 48 hours before departure time. Guests who cancel within 48 hours forfeit up to 100% of the tour price. Cancellations must be made during business hours by phone (541) 926-2525. Tour dates, times and details are subject to change without notice. Some tours and trips require a minimum number of guests, if that number is not met then the tour will be cancelled. If the tour is cancelled by the operator, a full refund will be given to the customer.
Some of our tours may include some elements of risk and you may be required to sign a release, waiver or acknowledgement form. Hut Tours/ Hut Airport Limousine Inc. assume no liability for injuries or illness.
Disorderly Conduct & Alcohol Consumption
We allow food and nonalcoholic beverages on the bus. Many of our trips, events and destinations include the consumption of alcoholic beverages however we have zero tolerance towards disruption or property damage of any kind. Any disorderly passenger who damages any property or disrupts the trip in any way will be immediately removed from the vehicle by the authorities. It is our goal that everyone has a good time but not if it interferes in the safety or enjoyment of the other passengers on the trip.
